About Us

Building Lasting Solutions

StruxureWorks is a Massachusetts-based general contractor, structural steel partner, and authorized Lester Buildings dealer — one team built to carry a project from site work through final walkthrough, whether it's a post-frame barn, a pre-engineered commercial building, or a ground-up industrial development. We've built our reputation on projects other contractors pass on: multi-jurisdictional permitting, wetland-crossing engineering, and state environmental review on land previously considered undevelopable. When your project runs into something most contractors haven't dealt with before, we have.

Full-Spectrum Capability

Most contractors specialize in one scope and subcontract the rest. StruxureWorks combines general contracting, structural steel, pre-engineered buildings, and post-frame construction under one roof — which means fewer handoffs, fewer coordination gaps, and one team accountable for the outcome, not three or four.

Developers At Heart

Beyond contracting, StruxureWorks is a developer with our own portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. That means we don't just build to someone else's plan — we understand a project from the ownership side: the permitting, the risk, the financing considerations, and the long-term value at stake. Our own development work has taken us through multi-jurisdictional permitting, wetland-crossing engineering, and state environmental review on land previously considered undevelopable. When your project runs into something most contractors haven't dealt with before, we have — because we've navigated it ourselves, as owners.

Strategic Partnerships

We've built direct relationships with leading structural steel producers and hold dealer/distributor agreements with top pre-engineered steel building manufacturers along with Lester Buildings — giving clients better pricing, expedited production, and manufacturer-backed materials that aren't available through a standard local contractor.

Meet the Founders

CJ Headshot.png

Founder

CJ Malloch

CJ brings 14 years of hands-on construction experience spanning project management, architecture, and development — a rare combination that lets him move fluidly between the design intent of a project and the realities of building it. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in Massachusetts and a builder's license in Rhode Island. He brings deep expertise in the permitting and property entitlement space — the kind of regulatory fluency that keeps projects moving instead of stalled in review.

Before joining StruxureWorks, CJ was part of the development of more than 500 homes with Malloch Construction, giving him a depth of field experience most project managers never accumulate. Today, he leads and oversees all construction at StruxureWorks, and is also actively involved in the acquisition and development of the company's own commercial and industrial portfolio — the same owner's perspective that shapes how the company approaches every client project: anticipate problems before they become delays, hold every partner to the same standard, and keep the client informed rather than surprised.

Founder

Joe Dupont

Joe brings 25 years of corporate experience building, scaling, and optimizing organizations to every project StruxureWorks takes on. That background shows up in how the company operates: disciplined project management, clear accountability, and a business run to institutional standards rather than a typical small-contractor operation.

Joe's other lens on the business is ownership. He leads acquisition and development for StruxureWorks' property holding company, building a portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate.  For over 15 years, he's invested in and managed luxury and vacation rental properties throughout the US, while also holding a MA Real Estate Salesperson License. That combination gives him a working understanding of real estate not just as a builder, realtor, but as an owner managing acquisition, risk, and long-term value. It's why StruxureWorks approaches every project the way an owner would: anticipating problems before they become costly, and building with the long-term asset in mind, not just the punch list.

Joe leads StruxureWorks' business development, focused on one goal: making sure every client — whether a first-time post-frame customer or a commercial developer — gets the full weight of what StruxureWorks can offer.
